Today we went to Chagford on the moor in Devon is a delightful place and the sun was shining which made it perfect.
There is something 50's and Enid Blyton about the village Hall I love and Sheila Hyson lays it out with little side tables and chairs where one can sit and enjoy refreshments which were excellent may I say !!
It was well attended and a variety of people arrived to dig through the bargain boxes, the October one was busier but we had a good day... bought some sold some and had fun.
Home safe and sound and the prospect of a quiet day tomorrow
I would love to have gone but the day after I attended the Dairy House fair I started a head cold which I am still trying to get rid of. I'll try and make it at the Bridport one next time..
ReplyDeleteGlad it was a success. I had hoped to meet your friend from Briantspuddle, nevermind, next time.
Have a lovely weekend
Warm wishes
