There is always something going on there and it is busy all day long with enthusiastic quilters and makers who come for the exhibitions , workshops and lovely shop, not least the fabulous cafe, they were having a tea party for 15 when we arrived on Thursday afternoon to set up.
It's a great place to meet your friends browse and relax...try it
We were there with our vintage textiles and trims under the " Franglais " banner and on Saturday afternoon a coach of quilters from the Guild A.G.M. at Exeter came for cream tea and a browse, that was a great success and many will be back.Lizzy and I have some regular customers and friends now on our visits and this time met some new faces. We are looking forward to be back there June 10th / 11th during the Julie Arkell workshop.
